Payment and Billing
Billing is managed through the MAHLIATOV client portal with invoice generation, renewal cycles, payment tracking, and account statements.
Available payment methods may include CIB, Edahabia, CPA bank transfers, and international bank transfer when enabled for the service.
Consumer Mediation
In case of complaint, the customer should first contact our technical support team through official channels. If the response is not satisfactory, a formal escalation can be submitted to our legal administration.
- When all internal remedies are exhausted and the response remains unsatisfactory.
- When no response is received within a reasonable support period.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Parties agree to seek amicable resolution first. If no amicable resolution is reached, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Oran, Algeria, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
